Project Target: Increase sales team efficiency by creating a lead generation tool to boost sales.
Project Definition: Discovering new potential clients for our customer sales force to enable new leads using segmented client database based on location. Gamification of sales tool to increase efficiency and competition for customer sales force.
Phases of Projects:

Customer Sales force needs: Deep analysis of salesforce needs to increase sales based on customer industry, banking.


Location based analytics for customer use: Finding best locations to enable new leads and sales for the customer and developing the software according to the new scheme.


On premise establishment and integration: Integration of the new mobile software and Maptriks Map Engine at customer base.


Results: 70% Sales increase, x3 lead increase, 1000 active users.
