With the Mobile Field solution of Maptriks, Albaraka Türk has started accessing Commercial Banking customers in a more effective way, releasing field staff from the computers at branches, being able to make and follow visits via smart phones, and it has been effectively using the application since 2015.

The Mobile Field solution by Maptriks was ranked as the first application at “Financial Innovation Awards 2016” which was held by the European Union of Banks in London, with the efficiency it has provided to Albaraka Türk in Commercial Banking.

At the award ceremony, which has been held for 35 years, Maptriks received the first prize for “The Most Innovative Financial Technology Application” in Europe, with Albaraka Türk, which is also an international evidence of its location-based value for companies.
