ROUTE OPTIMIZATION AND POINT ENHANCEMENT – FMCG
QUESTION:
“Can I optimize my sales regions, route days and route route using my turnover data?”
SOLUTION:
- The existing route plans of the field teams were optimized and the sales regions were replanned according to the location.
- Routes and the order of visits within the route have been redefined.
- Route plans were created to provide optimum time and cost savings.
RESULT:
Fuel and time were saved thanks to sales regions and sales representative/vehicle optimization. In addition, it was ensured that more points were visited. Within the scope of the project, a rate of 75% was saved on the basis of distance and high savings were achieved in fuel consumption..
