QUESTION:

“Can I optimize my sales regions, route days and route route using my turnover data?”

SOLUTION:

  1. The existing route plans of the field teams were optimized and the sales regions were replanned according to the location.
  2. Routes and the order of visits within the route have been redefined.
  3. Route plans were created to provide optimum time and cost savings.

RESULT:

Fuel and time were saved thanks to sales regions and sales representative/vehicle optimization. In addition, it was ensured that more points were visited. Within the scope of the project, a rate of 75% was saved on the basis of distance and high savings were achieved in fuel consumption..
