SOLUTION:

  1. A hybrid model consisting of vehicle and pedestrian visits was developed.
  2. For this purpose, company sales points were geocoded and added to the map.
  3. Distance between points, point groups, visit frequencies and pedestrian-vehicle access restrictions were taken into consideration and new responsibility areas were determined accordingly.

SOLUTION:

Within the scope of the firm point space, London-Micro Responsibility zones have been created. A 15% reduction in field operation costs has been experienced.
