- The scope of the study included the number of branches, the high frequency of visits, and the geographical size of the distribution areas for which the production centers are responsible.
- With the platform, the branch data of the company is constantly updated, a system that feeds from the data and thus creates live routes has been designed.
- As the company updated both its opened and closed branches using a web-based system, it created dynamic routes that renew itself.
SOLUTION:
Thanks to this work, the company, which transfers goods from its production facilities to its branches on a daily basis, achieved 18% time savings and 25% distance savings. With the decrease in its costs, it has also come to a position where it can easily maintain its competitive leadership in the sector on its own.
