  1. The scope of the study included the number of branches, the high frequency of visits, and the geographical size of the distribution areas for which the production centers are responsible.
  2. With the platform, the branch data of the company is constantly updated, a system that feeds from the data and thus creates live routes has been designed.
  3. As the company updated both its opened and closed branches using a web-based system, it created dynamic routes that renew itself.

SOLUTION:

Thanks to this work, the company, which transfers goods from its production facilities to its branches on a daily basis, achieved 18% time savings and 25% distance savings. With the decrease in its costs, it has also come to a position where it can easily maintain its competitive leadership in the sector on its own.
