SITE MANAGEMENT AND STATION LOCATION – FUEL

QUESTION:

“Is it possible to have a digital management that will perform the analysis processes of the field team organization and stations?”

SOLUTION:

  1. Aytemiz stations were integrated with the Maptriks system.
  2. Location reports were created on the system used.
  3. These reports were used by the field teams in sales operations with the mobile application.
  4. A reporting/analysis system was developed to expand the station network and evaluate existing stations.

RESULT:

Thanks to this project, Aytemiz transferred 53 stations between 2019-2021. The number of licensed stations with extended duration reached 185. Aytemiz, who received 1164 reports in 2 years, acted in line with these reports while making opening-closing and transfer decisions.
