SITE MANAGEMENT AND STATION LOCATION – FUEL
QUESTION:
“Is it possible to have a digital management that will perform the analysis processes of the field team organization and stations?”
SOLUTION:
- Aytemiz stations were integrated with the Maptriks system.
- Location reports were created on the system used.
- These reports were used by the field teams in sales operations with the mobile application.
- A reporting/analysis system was developed to expand the station network and evaluate existing stations.
RESULT:
Thanks to this project, Aytemiz transferred 53 stations between 2019-2021. The number of licensed stations with extended duration reached 185. Aytemiz, who received 1164 reports in 2 years, acted in line with these reports while making opening-closing and transfer decisions.
