“How do I determine optimum locations with minimum cost and maximum benefit?”

SOLUTION:

1. Turkey’s 81 provinces were evaluated on the basis of investment potential, and as a result of the analysis, provinces with investment potential were determined and prioritized.
2. Micro-level models were implemented for prioritized provinces.
3. The location selection potentials were analyzed in the details of commercial streets and shopping centers, and priority locations were determined.

RESULT:

Thanks to the branch location model, our customer achieved 17% growth in Turkey at the end of the year.
